Used to work in a large insurance company and this dude (probably in his early 50s at the time. This was a long time ago) used to come in every day dressed very dapper. French cuffs, tailored wool suits, creases you can slice bread with…immaculately groomed. Never knew what he did. He wasn’t a senior exec as he had no office (these were the days when you had office after a certain level) but I’ve never forgotten him and the way he dressed. I’ve forgotten pretty much everyone else of that time. This would be at least 30 years ago!
